PRES DUTERTE THREATENS MORALES ~ "One day I will show to you the DAP, ‘yung hindi niya ginalaw. I will publish it..."

President Rodrigo Duterte believes that Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales has left loopholes in the controversy about Disbursement Acceleration Program(DAP) and he is threatining to publish it

In a speech of President Rodrigo Duterte at the Quarterly National Executive Officers Education Program in Iloilo Convention Center, Pres Duterte said that he will publish what he knows about the loopholes Morales left.

"One day, I will show you the DAP, 'yung hindi niya ginalaw. I will publish it."

This statement followed after Morales indicted former President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III for the usurpation of legislative over the DAP controversy.

President Duterte went on to explain how the corruption is being implemented in the said institution.

"Corrupt rin ang mga Ombudsman. Titirahin nila, aalisin nila, kung may maiwan pa doom sa kickback mo tapos ang bibirahin ang municipal treasurer o kaya assesor kaya ang nagpupunta rito, walang pamasahe, wala lahat. Kaya ako naawa, file nang file, karamihan naman bumabagsak yung kaso, mapurnada talaga yung tao"

President Duterte also revealed that he already has a list of the possible replacement for the Ombudsman post.

"After she makes an exit may bago tayo. I have a shortlist, men of ano talaga, unshakable. Pero in addition to tha, I have to talk to a lot of people, maybe judges and lawyers and the entire gamut of the crowd sa gobyerno. And I hope everything will ma-correct natin to."

The post of the Ombudsman will be Morales' until July 16. The Judical and Bar Council has started interviewing those who applied for the post.
